WEIGEL CONSTRUCTION INC.

Metropolitan Community College contracted WCI to erect a new maintenance building adjacent to their MCC Blue River Campus in Independence, MO.

This building will serve as a maintencece shop for all of the MCC Campus grounds and fleet vehicles. Construction of this building was completed in the spring of 2024.

At 96' x 55' this building has a footprint of just under 5,300sq./ft. The sidewalls and endwalls of the structure use 2-1/2'' CFR insulated metal panels, while the roof utilizes a 4'' CFR standing seam insulated metal roof panel with an R-Value of  35.
