WEIGEL CONSTRUCTION INC.

WCI was contracted by Alpha Roofing to erect their new office building and warehouse, provided by American Building Co. Located in Lawrence, KS. This project began in May of 2023.

The office building is a 60' x 54' single sloped structure with a 14'-8'' low eave and a 19'-8'' high eave. This structure uses horizontally installed, blue, 7.2 metal panels on the upper half of the building.

The warehouse building is a 60' x 120' with a 24'-8'' low eave and a 29'-8'' high eave and also features a single sloped roof, opposite of the office's roofline.

The wall panels of the warehouse use Americans' V-Rib panels in ash grey and charcoal grey for the wainscot panels. Roof panels used on this project were Americans' galvanized aluminum Standing Seam 360 panels. 

The interior of the building utilizes an R-30 simple saver insulation system, and also features 8' liner panels throughout the warehouse. 

Construction on this project was finished July, 2023.
